This spacious one bedroom vacation rental, located just five miles from Nelson on the North Shore of Kootenay Lake, is an ideal spot to kick back and relax..

The newly renovated suite stays cool during the hot summer days and nights, a welcome relief after a hard day at the neighbourhood beach. No matter what your activities are, the kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures complimented by a charming dining area.

Enjoy the comfortable living space where you can watch cable television, listen to CD’s, tune in to the local radio station, read a book from the library or play a movie.

Bathe in the claw foot tub before a peaceful sleep in the lovely (dare I say, “romantic”) bedroom and rest on 100% cotton sheets, which cover a new queen-size mattress. Wake up in the morning with a refreshing shower and brew a pot of coffee or tea to start the next delightful day of your holiday.

There are beaches galore here with local access right in the neighbourhood as well as “Five-Mile” a two-minute walk and “Six-Mile”, a local favourite, just a short bike ride or a quick drive away. Other nearby activities include golfing, hiking, climbing, mountain and road and trail biking, swimming, Ainsworth Hot Springs and Baker Street shopping.

PAYMENT TYPES

Cheques, traveler’s cheques, good ol’ fashioned cash or money orders are accepted as payment, however a 50% deposit will be required on Visa or MasterCard to hold your reservation.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Any damage to the property will be the sole responsibility of the party booking the reservation, a credit card number will be taken at time of booking for this purpose

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% cancellation fee – 7 days prior to booking
25% cancellation fee – 14 days prior to booking
15% cancellation fee – 21 days prior to booking
Holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter) are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.
Consideration will be taken if the suite is re-booked.
